Michelle Parry, BA

Michelle Parry, Chief Human Resources Officer at Advarra, is responsible for driving Advarra’s people strategy, focusing on scaling the company, and driving culture and engagement. Parry brings over 25 years of broad global human resources experience spanning consumer goods, biopharmaceutical services, and technology organizations.

Before Advarra, Parry served as Executive Vice President, Human Resources, at FGX International, a subsidiary of EssilorLuxottica. There she spearheaded a new communications cadence and workstream structure focusing on generating improved transparency, trust, and enrichment of the employee experience. Earlier in her career, Parry held senior human resources leadership roles at Spartan Race and at Parexel, where she worked with teams in the UK, Taiwan, and the US. She also served in leadership roles with HCL-Axon, Anite Software, and Symantec.

Parry holds a BA (Hons) in Business Administration from the University of Greenwich, London.
