What are the payment methods available for participants?
Each participant can choose to receive funds via reloadable debit card, direct deposit, or check.
Can we use our own branding on the debit cards?
Yes, we allow organizations to create their own custom-branded cards, including choice of logo and colors.
Do you support customers outside of the US?
Unfortunately, our ability to support global projects is limited. For now, payments can only be issued in US Dollars, and English is the only language supported.
How much does Participant Payments cost?
To best serve enterprise research organizations, Participant Payments is licensed via an annual subscription fee based on research volume. An annual fee allows you to streamline your payment process across all relevant protocols at your organization. Contact our Sales Team to learn more.
