In her role, Schramm leads the training team as they develop new content and services for Advarra Technology Solutions customers. Prior to Advarra, Schramm held roles in project management. She has her bachelor’s in Communication from Michigan State University, and her master’s in communication science and PhD in group and organizational communication from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
